Exceptionally hot and dry August and September contributed to the remarkable success of this legendary vintage. Harvested in excellent conditions, Merlots and Cabernets here deliver their charms and flavors. Dressed in a beautiful dense, black and opaque color, the wine is powerful, structured, smooth. Long, voluminous palate marked by firm tannins smoothed out by aging. The exceptional maturity of the grapes here reveals the charm and distinction of a very great vintage, the finesse of which will be revealed with age.

Attaquant de façon très agréable, le 2000 offre un savoureux côté charnu que mettent en valeur de beaux tanins. D’une grande intensité, le bouquet apporte l’élégance et la finesse que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un vin du Médoc. La finale savoureuse confirme le solide potentiel de cette bouteille à attendre trois ou quatre ans.
